To promote tourism in the state, CM Ashok Gehlot inaugurated a light and sound show at Jai Niwas Garden in Jaipur, Meerabai Smarak in Merta, Chittorgarh Fort, Machkund in Dholpur and Gadsisar Lake in Jaisalmer through a video conference. The state govt has also created a tourism development fund of INR500 Crore for the development of facilities at tourist places, conservation and branding at the national and the international level.
