The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) appointed Sambit Patra as the chairman for a period of 3 years from the assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is early. The ACC has approved the Tourism Ministry’s proposal to split the post of CMD of ITDC into Chairman, ITDC and MD, ITDC. IAS Officer GKV Rao will hold the posy of MD of ITDC.
