The festival is being held at the Nubra valley in Leh and will continue till March 20th. The festival is organised to promote the Siachen valley as an adventure spot and boost tourism in Ladákh and also appreciate the tough work done by army jawans and engineers in extreme weather and inhospitable terrains.
