Travel Advisory on Coronavirus

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, airlines have updated their policies for cancellation fees and date change fees. The information below will be useful to understand the current policies that the airlines have shared with us.

Please note that airlines and other travel partners are continually reviewing their policies. So, if you are not due to travel within the next two months, we recommend that you wait before contacting us to ensure we have the latest policy information for your travel.

To view the current policies, please select the type of Travel (Domestic or International) from below and then select the Airline you are travelling on.

Note: If your airline is not present in the drop down, please drop us an email at support@nixtour.com and we will contact the airline on your behalf to get this information. You can alternatively contact the airline directly as well.

Zero Cancellation fees will be applicable for all Domestic/International cancellations till 31st March.
